RENOVATION PROJECTS FOR 2022-2023

This shrine was many years in the making.  We dismantled it in 2021 because the naga sculpture wasn't in a good shape.  We also added a flower garden in this area.

This is in front of the abbot's meditation hall near the performance stage.  The project was completed in summer of 2022.

Another Buddha shrine to keep Buddha statues inside.  It is located by the entrance to the food and performance stage. We replaced roof, installed electricity inside, and built shelves to display Buddha statues.  Will be used for prayers.  Project completed in fall 2022.

The Buddha Garden is evolving.  We planted a variety of flowers in 2022.  We plan to renovate this area some more in 2023.

The entrance to the temple has a new sign.  We designed with Lao art and language on it.  Project completed in summer 2022.

This new deck is bigger than the previous one.  It is located at the lotus pond.  We also took out pond sludge and algae and refilled the water to save the fish and other wildlife at this pond.

This is located next to the naga shrine.  New addition to the temple.  Completed summer 2022.

We replaced the roof, the wall, and extended the back of the booth.  Also replaced the sign and new paint.  New freezer and counter inside.  Project will complete in fall 2022.

New paint in restrooms and hallway.  Project completed summer 2022.

The Ashes House is used to store ashes of the deceased.  We replaced the roof, cleaned the inside, and repaired front porch in fall 2022.

We replaced the roof at the monks' residence in February, 2022. This was one of the major projects at the temple.

The cultural performance state is in need of a major renovation. This project is on-going.
